Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between BAUPROS by CRAFTRA GmbH and its clients for personnel placement services.
§ 2 Scope of Services
BAUPROS provides personnel placement services in the construction and trade sector. The specific scope of services is defined in the individual contract.
§ 3 Remuneration
The remuneration for the placement services is individually agreed. The payment terms are regulated in the individual contract.
§ 4 Replacement Guarantee
BAUPROS grants a replacement guarantee of 3 to 6 months from the start of employment of the placed candidate (3 months for EU candidates, 6 months for third-country candidates). The exact conditions are regulated in the individual contract.
§ 5 Liability
BAUPROS is liable for intent and gross negligence. In case of slight negligence, BAUPROS is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
§ 6 Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy and the applicable data protection regulations.
§ 7 Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Munich, provided the client is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.
